IRCA professionals have extensive experience in research and development of management systems, training curriculum, reference materials, textbooks, and other resources for safety, health and environmental management.

Using world standard guidelines that have been proven successful, IRCA has developed management tools that can be used as a “program blueprint” to develop company-specific programs. Some of the areas IRCA can assist in program development include:

• Research and development of customized SHE materials
• Develop or revise SHE Policy and Procedures manuals based on existing company references, acceptable industry standards and internationally recognized best practices
• Develop materials for specific management activities or program elements including SHE standards and procedures, and appropriate forms or other documentation
• Assist with development or update of company manuals, rule booklets, training modules, etc.
